Nature of the Site

This site is a private reference resource for inmate, jail, court, and custody-locator information connected with Adams County, Idaho. It does not store official sheriff records, court records, jail rosters, IDOC files, BOP records, ICE records, or VINELink records.

The site may point visitors to official sources, such as the Adams County Sheriff's Office, the jail visitor page, Idaho iCourt, IDOC Resident/Client Search, BOP, ICE ODLS, and VINELink. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a court document, change a public record, or act for any government office.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use information from the site to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or harm another person.
• Do not use site content for employment, tenant, credit, insurance, licensing, or other FCRA-covered screening.

No Consumer Reports or FCRA Use

Adams County Inmate Population is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, consumer reports, credit reports, employment reports, tenant-screening reports, or insurance-screening reports. Users agree not to use information found here, or through linked partner tools, for any FCRA-regulated purpose.

• Creditworthiness, lending, insurance rates, or eligibility decisions.
• Licensing, permits, public benefits, or government-program eligibility where consumer-report rules apply.

Those websites are controlled by their own operators.
